PornInspector is one of the oldest porn review sites still online, and if you typed its name into a search bar you probably want to know whether its verdicts are worth anything in 2026. I went through porninspector.com on October 13, 2026: the home page, About, FAQ, the inspectors page, the review request form, the privacy policy and four full reviews. What I say about PornInspector below comes from those pages. Where I couldn't find something, I say so.

What PornInspector is and who it suits
It's a catalog of paysite reviews. The footer reads "2003-2026 Oct", the home page counts 4,869 site reviews, and the main menu lists 42 niches, from Amateur to Web Cams, with Gay and Transsexuals sections too. Around the reviews sit sample galleries and videos, a model index and a forum. The privacy policy names the owner: "This is the web site of Tokyo Group Inc."

The About page tells the origin story. A group of surfers met on a porn discussion board, got fed up with disappointing paysites and started reviewing the ones they thought were worth it. It also mentions a nomination for Adult Site of the Year at the 5th XBIZ Awards, held in February 2007.
Who is it for? Someone hunting for a small niche site, the kind a short list never reaches.
How PornInspector reviews and rates sites
A full review has four parts, according to the FAQ. "Promises" restates what the tour claims. "Impression" covers the members area, with two screenshots. "Hot samples" shows content taken from the site, and a conclusion wraps it up. There is also a lighter "Quick" review type, which the FAQ describes as a short synopsis based on the tour pages. I didn't find a count of how many of the 4,869 are Quick ones.
The score runs from one to five stars. The FAQ says it's the average of five parts: promises, usability, quality and quantity of content, value of prices, and a user rating that only registered members can vote on. One line there stuck with me: "One star is the worst rating. We do not even review sites that we think are this bad." Read literally, the scale starts at two.

What PornInspector does well
Coverage first: 4,869 reviews against our 13. If the site you're curious about isn't a big brand, PornInspector is far more likely to have a page on it than we are.
The data boxes are good. Every review I opened had one with the video count, average length, file formats with bitrate and resolution, the biller and the payment options (the Brazzers Network page lists MP4 files from 854x480 up to 3840x2160). Price and content blocks also carry their own "last updated" date, separate from the review date. Porn World's prices were refreshed on January 14, 2026, Love Hairy's on October 6, 2025.
The extras help too. The home page counts 5,706 sample galleries, 2,843 sample videos and 28,866 user opinions, so you can look at a site's content and read other members before paying. Some sites also give PornInspector special pricing, shown as a struck-through price: Brazzers Network was listed at $9.99 instead of $29.99 for a month as of November 27, 2024. Our own price comparison is on top porn sites by payment.
Where it falls short
My biggest gripe is age. The list sorted by date opens with Nookies.com, published February 6, 2025, and I found nothing newer on the first page of the listing, which is sorted by date. Prices still get touched up, but the text you read about a site can be years older than its price box: the Porn World review went up on May 23, 2019.

Sometimes the text and the data box disagree. The Brazzers Network review is dated October 10, 2024, yet its text calls 720p and 1080p the "newest incarnations" and talks about "30 sites and over 3k scenes". The box above it says 11,433 episodes and lists a 3840x2160 file. Read only the prose and you get an older Brazzers than the one the data describes.

The score panel doesn't match the FAQ either. On the four reviews I opened it has six lines (promises, usability, content amount, content quality, updates frequency, users rating), and value of prices, which the FAQ lists as a part, isn't among them.
Then there's how a site gets reviewed. The review request form calls an affiliate program "very desirable" while allowing sites without one, asks for a members login valid for "30 days minimum", and states: "You must place our button on your site." Every price block also has a "$ Webmasters" link to the site's affiliate program. On the pages I read I didn't find a plain note telling the reader that the "visit site" links pay PornInspector.

How Detailed Porn Reviews does it differently
We cover far fewer sites, 13 reviews of large paid brands, and that is a deliberate trade. Twelve of the 13 were bought with our own card, watched and then cancelled, so the rebill and the cancellation are part of what I check. VIP4K was tested on a review login from its affiliate program, and that review says so at the top.
Each site gets four grades out of 10, for payment and value, quality, quantity and updates. They come from facts written down in the review, and the badge is their plain average. The steps are published on how we rate porn sites, along with the fact that this is a one-person site. The longer argument about why lists disagree is in why porn review sites rank differently. If fresh content is what you care about, start with top porn sites by updates.
Both sites review Porn World and Brazzers, so you can put the two pages side by side yourself. PornInspector's Love Hairy review credits Met Art's photographers, and our Met Art review covers that studio.

PornInspector alternatives
- Detailed Porn Reviews, this site. A short list of big paid brands, nearly all bought and cancelled on our own card, with grades you can recompute from the review.
- FapIndex, a catalog and rating of premium porn sites, for when you want to compare many paid sites in one place.
- ThePornDude puts free tubes, cams, OnlyFans and AI sites next to premium ones. It's wider than any paysite list and says less about each site.
- RabbitsReviews if the deal matters most: its menu sorts discounts by billing cycle, from trial and 30-day prices up to lifetime offers.
- TheBestPorn leans on deals too, with a Porn Deals and Discounts menu and a pointer to lifetime deals on its partner RabbitsReviews.
- TheBestFetishSites, a kink directory with a long list of fetish categories, closer to PornInspector's niche reach than to a top-ten list.
