Sending a takedown notice
Email dmca@detailedpornreviews.com with all of the following. Incomplete notices cannot be actioned.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL on this site where the material appears, so we can locate it quickly.
- Your name, email address, and postal address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the right in question or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens after we receive a notice
We review every complete notice and remove or disable access to the identified material within a reasonable time if the claim is valid.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address. Include the URL of the removed material, your contact details, your signature, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
Repeat infringers
We handle repeat infringement on a case-by-case basis and do not knowingly maintain infringing material on this site.
